Their mission was clear—transforming Brgrmeister into a leading food delivery chain across the country.
However, a disconnect between the gourmet restaurant experience and the at home experience, led to customer disappointment and low sales conversions. Brgrmeister partnered with Dē.SHA design lab to bridge this gap and propel their growth in a competitive landscape. The new experience went beyond digital and focused on creating delight and excitement at all touchpoints from initial interactions online to delivery and consumption.
Through Brgrmeister we set out to establish a gold standard for at home dinning experiences.

To bring this vision to reality, we delved deep to understand the F&B delivery landscape in India and collaborated closely with their leadership team to understand their vision, business objectives and the needs of their audience. Implementing the DES framework (design, emotion and strategy) we developed a refined business strategy, an evolved brand identity, cohesive media presence, premium packaging and delightful delivery experience.
